Ailanthus Webworm Moth (Atteva punctella)

For a very small moth, the Ailanthus Webworm Moth is more noticeable than average. The beautiful colors stand out even though the moths are only about ½ inch long. They appear in the Garden during the early autumn and can be found in large numbers feeding on small flowers such as frostweed and mating.
