Common Grackle (Quiscalus quiscula)

The Common Grackle is often seen foraging with starlings or great-tailed grackles. Adults are iridescent black with yellow eyes. They are smaller than the great-tailed grackle. Immature birds, as pictured above, are dull brown with dark eyes.
